First Step: Prep and Wash.
Thorough underbody power wash of your vehicle, remove all road debris, dirt, mud, and salt.
Prepare areas for treatment and mask off sensitive components in the driveline and exhaust system
Second Step: Apply Rustproofing and Undercoating
We use specialty tools and pressurized sprayers to reach all critical areas of your vehicle, not just the underbody!
Body panel cavities and frame cavities are treated with oil based CorrosionX. Inside the doors, rocker panels, fenders, trunk, hood, pillars, subframes, tailgates, and other model specific areas like truck frames and bedsides.
Our underbody material, Z Tech Undercoating is a petroleum-based product that stays pliable and is designed to not crack or fall off.
Z Tech Undercoating is then applied to the underbody components, like the frame, suspension components, floor pans, and other model specific areas like truck beds or car unibody.
Corrosion X - Oil Based Rust Protection - applied in interior panel cavities, inside frame, and bed sides
Z Tech Undercoating - Petroleum Based Undercoating - applied to undercarriage
